Szabó Sanyi, who works in the misty Albion, in the city of Bristol, returned home for a visit after a year. Whenever he does, he always drops by to sing a bit and record his favorite songs with us. Our old acquaintances, the Cliché band. To our delight, this year they returned to the challenging yet beautiful world of making music together 🙂 With the addition of Kiss Tomi on drums, who belongs to the not-so-weak category of drummers, they have created a whole new sound. Therefore, we’re re-recording one of their songs that was captured two years ago, so we can showcase this new sound. Our old friends from Cante Diem have started recording another song. The musical foundation is completely ready. With the vocal recording, the guys waited for the recently arrived CM-47 microphone.
The CM-47 tube microphone ordered during the summer has arrived! It was built by Dave Thomas’s famous workshop, inspired by the legendary Neumann U47. Dave didn’t rush the job, as he had to wait for some parts. He spent a week on testing, which demonstrates his excellent quality work, which has been recognized with accolades for decades. We’ve already tested it on vocals, drums, and guitar cabinets. We really like it; it allows us to use another quality tool in our work. …
